A NEW SAFETY CERTIFICATION
FOR ORDER System® VAN EQUIPMENTS

It has always been our main deal to provide maximum security to the customers who buy an ORDER System® van equipment. It's for that reason that Tecno A s.r.l. has submitted the elements of its van equipment's system to a new Crash Test, which took place at the Valutec centre of Valencienne, following the technical details of rule "NS286".

And even this test has been successfully passed at the first go: the test has been played at a speed of 60Km/h and the ORDER System® equipment proved its conformity by bending and deforming itself, but without the detachment of its components or their intrusion in the cabin.

Also for this test we put pictures and videos at the customer's disposal, in order to make them fully aware of the quality level and safety they buy, when they decide to fit an ORDER System® equipment in their vehicle.

Safely working and driving

At the Test Centre of CSI, Mechanics department, in Milan, Tecno A S.r.l. submitted ORDER System van equipments to the rigorous checks established by rule ECE R17.
Tests have been made in order to verify the stability of the equipment installed inside the vehicle, considering safeness of passengers in case of crash.
Through these tests ORDER System elements have satisfied all requirements, passing the crash-test excellently.

The result confirmed by the laboratory is the following:

The body, being the charging area equipped with Order System elements, has been submitted to the same deceleration established by the Rule ECE17 and Directive 74/408/CE in case of frontal crash.
As a consequence of the test there has been no intrusion of parts of the equipment, or of the ballast sacks contained in the equipment itself, inside the driver’s cab.

In the photos and in the video of ORDER System crash-test it may be seen how the equipment has reacted during the collision, becoming deformed but without dangerous detachment of some part of it and holding back the load.

Information about the simulation with body:
Weight of the equipment: 181 kg
Load: 270 kg
